Crisis Intelligence Assessment & Advisory Services
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the platform operated by Nichole Brackett Walters.
General Principle
Refund eligibility depends on the service tier purchased and the stage at which the cancellation or refund request is made. Each tier is governed by the specific terms below.
Tier-Specific Refund Terms
MEASURE — Executive Intelligence (self-serve)
From $750- Full refund available if requested within 7 days of purchase AND before the report has been generated or delivered.
- No refund is available once the report has been generated or delivered.
Full refund within 7 days, pre-delivery only
STRENGTHEN — Organizational Readiness
From $5,000- 100% refund if the engagement is cancelled before kickoff.
- 50% refund if cancelled after assessment collection but before the final report is delivered.
- Non-refundable after the report is delivered.
Milestone-based refund
TRANSFORM — Readiness Transformation
Statement of Work- Governed by the signed statement of work for that engagement.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the applicable SOW.

How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Name and organization
- Transaction details (date, tier, amount)
- Reason for the request
Refund requests are reviewed against the applicable tier terms and the delivery status of the purchased deliverables.
Cancellations
By Client
- Must be made in writing via the contact form
- Subject to the tier-specific timing and service-stage rules above
By Us
We reserve the right to cancel services. In such cases, a refund or rescheduling will be offered in line with the applicable tier terms.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Legal recovery of funds
