You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and change what we are allowed to measure. Requests are logged against your account and completed within 30 days.

Your profile, assessment answers, scores, reports, and purchase history in a machine-readable file.
Delete my data
Removes your account, answers, and reports. We retain the minimum required for tax and legal records.
Consent preferences
Analytics is currently switched off. Nothing behavioural is measured unless you allow it.
Third parties we share with
- Hosting, database, and authentication — infrastructure provider.
- Transactional email — delivery of reports and account notices.
- AI narrative generation — assessment scores, pillar results, and structured gap summaries. Support-request free text and client intake notes are never sent to AI providers.
Named subprocessors and their locations are being finalised and will be confirmed by counsel before publication.
